Pug Puppy Has Stuffy Nose

Hi I am a new mommy..to a four month old pug puppy! I am concerned and wondering if it is possible for them to get colds? When he breathes in through his nose, it sounds like he is congested. And at times he wheezes. I just want to make sure that this is nothing more than him being a pug puppy, as I know that they can have breathing problems.
